Noelle, Annie, Bob, Diane, Michelle Stream district and farmed there for thirty- seven years. Don also started a local trucking business and served as Mayor of the Village of MacGregor for nine years. He and Marion have four children: Gerald Roy married Debra Hodge **, in 1978. He is a partner in the trucking business in MacGregor. He and Debbie have two children, Christopher Dale and Jed Daniel. Gary Donald married Darlene Phyllis Hawkins in 1978. Gary works for MTS and they are now living at Neepawa. Jacqueline Michelle married Douglas Green and they farm at Douglas. They have two children, Nicole Madison and Carson Russell. Marjorie Diane married Kenneth Michael Potapinski in 1989. Diane teaches school and Ken farms at Alida, SK. They have two sons, Colby Kenneth and Jonathon. Charles Roger LeRoy (Roy) (1933-1954) went to school at Katrime and MacGregor. Roy died of cancer at the age of twenty-one years. He is buried at Katrime. Douglas Neil married Beverly Joan Kelly **. Doug retired from the M.T.S. in 1991. He and Bev have two children; 41 Dana Nicole, born September 12, 1967, married Tim Vernon Frey in 1989. They have two children, Justin Michael Douglas and Dylan James Alexander. Nicole and the children live in Portage. Dawn Noelle, born December 30, 1968, married Ian Cunningham in 1996. They live at Thompson, MB. Barry Edmond (1939-1990) married Donna Stratton ** in 1965. They lived and worked in Portage for several years and then purchased a grocery business in Gladstone. Fire destroyed their building but they rebuilt and continued until Barry’s death. He is buried at Katrime. Domia lives in Gladstone. Dallas Ronald married Beverley May Wood ** in 1968. They farmed at MacGregor for several years and now work in town. In 1995 Bev was elected to the Village of MacGregor Council. They have a daughter, Crystal Ann. Clyde Barber (1875-1958) was a brother to John Barber Sr. He was born in Knutsford, England and came to Canada in 1903. He worked with his brother on the farm at Katrime until retirement to Duncan, BC in 1937. Clyde served in the Canadian Army during W.W 1. He is buried in the Veterans Cemetery at Esquimalt, BC.
