Kenneth Muril Williams Kenneth Muril Williams was the youngest son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Moore) Williams and was born December 6, 1919 on the farm NE 1/4 30-11—12 north of Sidney. At an early age with the family moved into the village, where Ken attended school. After high school he obtained employment with the CPR. at Sidney where he worked until the railway started to lay off men and Ken’s last day with the CPR. was September 9, 1969. Ken and Edith Williams He transferred to the C.N.R. at Firdale and later to Gregg, Man. where he worked until January 25, 1982 when ill health forced him to retire. In December 1951 he married Edith Nesbit (McGregor) and continued to reside in Sidney. Of this union were born two children: a daughter Heather Diane Elizabeth (November 29, 1954); and a son Bradley Lavern (born July 21, 1959). Heather works for the Municipality of North Norfolk in MacGregor. She married Craig Thomson of Portage la Prairie and they have three little daughters: Kendra, Brittany, and Ashton. The Thomson’s live in MacGregor and Craig works in Portage. 169 l l’ , Craig and Heather (Williams) Thomson, Kendra, Brittany and Ashton Bradley wed Sally Vryenhoek and they have one daughter Tiffany Marie. Brad and Sally farm the Robert Young farm at Austin. Ken passed away October 31, 1982 and was laid to rest in the Sidney Cemetery. Edith still resides in Sidney. i“. F“ ‘r '7'“ Sally, Bradley Williams and Tiffany Marie Levi Whitelaw Levi Whitelaw was born June 19, 1846 in Reach Twp., Ontario Co., Ont. His parents were Alexander Whitelaw who was born August 1, 1804
