In 1912 they moved to Rosenfeld, Manitoba, where their youngest daughter, Lillian was born. There they farmed until 1928, and from there moved to the Ferguson farm on 1—4-6, where they farmed for 18 years. In 1946 they bought the Wiens farm, where they lived for 11 years. There, Mr. and Mrs. Bergstrom celebrated both their Golden and Diamond wedding anniversaries. Mr. Bergstrom died in 1957. Mrs. Bergstrorn and Gilbert moved to Morden, where Mrs. Bergstrom died in 1961. Gilbert still lives in Morden. Melford died leaving one son. John F. lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Ina (Mrs. Lester) lives in Chicago. Linnea (Mrs. Anderson) lives in Valley City, N.D. Lily (Mrs. Saunders) lives in Bozeman, Montana. Esther lives in Oakland, California. RICHARD BAYLISS was born in Portsmouth, England and came to Canada with his parents in 1882. They lived on several farms in the Morden district. When Dick married Jean Houston, (who had taught school near Morden) in 1919, he moved to the Milton district. They lived on the Ady place on 23-4-6 for five years before moving to the Wm. Montgomery place, the E. 1/2 of 27-4-6, where Dick is still living. The first Bayliss family was Murray, Lawrence, and twins Howard and Helen. Howard is working in the Miami district. Dick was married for a second time to Helen Dyck, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Dyck. They had eleven children: Dick, Nellie, Les, Jim, Dave, Lyle, Clarence, Shirley, Larry, Carole and Judy. Their son, Clarence, was accidentally killed while in the air force. Nellie is still at home with her parents and Jim, who married Glenda Stewart, lives in the same yard as his parents and operates the farm with his father. Jim and Glenda have two children, Sheri and Kevin. Larry married Linda Degleman. They are farming on 11-4—7 in the Opawaka district. They have two children, Ricky and Kelly. The rest of the Dick Bayliss children are married and living outside the Municipality of Thompson. THE JOHN DYCK family came from Lowe Farm in 1925 to the land known as the circle, the S.E. [A of 22-4—6, and moved to Rosebank in the spring of 1934 to 2-5-6. In the fall of 1935 they came to the Semple place on 25-4-7, where they lived for eight years. From there they moved to the Charlie Smith place on 34-4-5, and in 1946 to Giroux, Man. Mr. and Mrs. Dyck now live at Vermilion, Alberta. The Dyck family is: Abe, who married Hazel Harde; they also live at Vermilion, Alberta; Helen, (Mrs. Dick Bayliss); Mary (Mrs. Dick Seed), at Vermilion, Alberta; Clara, first wife of John Roberts, is deceased; Martha, (Mrs. John Roberts); David, married Evelyn Enty, at Chilliwack, B-C-; Hannah, unmarried; Elda, unmarried; Eddie, married to Mary Sokol 0f Carman, living at Carberry; Doris, (Mrs. Peter Roberston at.
