Photo courtesy Werner Ens. Elizabeth Zacharias residence. The house, occupied since the late 19305 by the David F. Zacharias famiiy, was built by the isaak Dycks in 1910. Mr. Demke, wetl- known West Reserve carpenter, supervised the con— struction of both this building and the Rein/and school that year. The section between house and barn. used for many years as a summer kitchen, is part of the old residence of Isaak Dycks and of Bernhard Bergmanns. (isaak Dyck came from Waldheim village near Morden and married the widow of Bernhard Bergmann in 1882.) The first residents of this lot, isaak Kehlers, lived here for only a few years (1875 — approximately 1878).
