A photograph of Joe Clark (far right) and Sterling Lyon (left of Clark). Clark was a leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Canada and Prime Minister of Canada from 1979-1980. Lyon was Premier of Manitoba from 1977-1981. The photograph was taken by Gerard Kwiatkowski. It is undated and the location is not given. The photograph was likely taken close to August 11, 1980 at an Annual Progressive Conservative Picnic in Steinbach, Manitoba. Clark and Lyon are shaking the hands of senior citizens at the picnic.
